Welcome to ShowXpress. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ShowXpress. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
Eligibility and Account Creation
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use ShowXpress. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- You may not create multiple accounts or use another person's account
ShowXpress reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
Use of Platform
Permitted Use
ShowXpress grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate voting
- Engage in fraudulent activities or impersonate others
- Scrape, copy, or distribute Platform content without permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Event Listings and Voting
Event Information
ShowXpress provides event listings as a service to event organizers and users. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all event information is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. Event details, dates, and venues are subject to change without notice.
Voting System
- Votes must be cast fairly and honestly without manipulation
- Vote fraud, including use of multiple accounts or automated voting, is strictly prohibited
- ShowXpress reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent votes
- Voting results may be used to determine winners, rankings, or rewards
- ShowXpress's decisions regarding voting disputes are final
Rewards and Prizes
Participation in voting may earn you rewards or prizes. Reward distribution is subject to verification and compliance with our rules. ShowXpress reserves the right to modify or discontinue reward programs at any time.
Payments & Refunds
Pricing and Payment
Event tickets, premium features, and other paid services are subject to the prices displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD (or local currency) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors.
Refund Policy
- Refunds for event tickets are subject to the event organizer's refund policy
- Premium subscription refunds may be provided within 14 days of purchase if no features were used
- Refunds for in-app purchases are handled in accordance with App Store and Google Play policies
- ShowXpress is not responsible for refunds related to third-party events or services

Intellectual Property
ShowXpress Content
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of ShowXpress or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User-Generated Content
By submitting content to ShowXpress (including reviews, comments, photos, or videos), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with our services.
- You represent that you own or have permission to use the content you submit
- You will not submit content that infringes on third-party rights
- ShowXpress may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the app. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, though some data may be retained as required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse of the Platform or other users
- Non-payment for services
- Any reason at our sole discretion
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ShowXpress DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ShowXpress SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption
- Loss of opportunity or goodwill
- Damages arising from third-party events or services
IN NO EVENT SHALL ShowXpress'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
